Linking to Library Resources: JSTOR

Find and create Direct Links to e-journal articles, e-book chapters, and other online content.

What is JSTOR?

JSTOR is a digital library of academic journals, books, and primary sources in a wide range of disciplines. Coverage is not designed for current material, thus it does not cover information from the most recent 2 to 5 years.

JSTOR Stable URLs

JSTOR provides the article Stable URL near the publication information; however this Stable URL needs additional text inserted in the URL so that accessible off campus. Therefore, you should copy and use the Remote Access URL instead. See example below - additional text required in addition to the Stable URL is in bold.

EXAMPLE: https://unh.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://www.jstor.org/stable/40323815
