Each Department will be asked to cancel 6% of its total journal allocation.
We have identified high cost/low use subscriptions and recommended that they be cut. Departments may disagree and identify alternate titles for cancellation if they wish.
Departments have the option of using books funds to cover the cancellation amount if they feel they cannot meet their target $ amount by cancelling journals.
If departments identify cuts above their required cut amount, they may either start a new journal subscription or add the additional funds to their book allocation.
