Accessing Library Resources

Current UNH students, faculty, and staff may access most library resources, including databases, from off campus:

  1. Navigate to the resource you want on the library web site.
  2. You will then be asked for your UNH IT ID username and password.
  3. Once verified, you will be forwarded on to your resource directly.

Once you have logged in, you can access databases and other electronic resources available through the library web site.

For questions about remote access to library resources, please contact us.

Finding Articles

Recommended databases to start with. See Find Articles for more database suggestions and search help.

Finding Books

A keyword search of titles, authors, subjects, and content notes.

Results are ranked by relevance. Further refining by date, format, language, and more is possible.

The pulldown menu can be changed to limit search to UNH Libraries only or broadened to search libraries worldwide (mostly in the US and Canada).

To search for a specific title, author, subject, call number, ISBN, etc. held by the UNH Library, use the UNH Catalog Advanced Search.
