Google Earth is a good all-around source if you want to view basic imagery.  It allows you to add information and save your work as kml or kmz file.

USGA as a sources for recent air photos

U.S. government websites are good sources of photos. GIS repositories also often contain aerial photos.

Other Sources

State-level GIS data repositories, state cartographer offices, or other government agencies may provide access to or have collections of recent air photos and imagery Some examples include
