Annotation Studio
A suite of collaborative web-based annotation tools currently under development at MIT. Annotation Studio makes sophisticated yet easy-to-use commenting tools immediately accessible to students with no prior experience with close textual analysis or TEI.
Hypothesis
Annotate the web, with anyone, anywhere. Use Hypothesis to hold discussions, read socially, organize your research, and take personal notes.
MALLET
A Java-based package for statistical natural language processing, document classification, clustering, topic modeling, information extraction, and other machine-learning applications to text.
Scripto: A community Transcription Tool
Powered by MediaWiki, Scripto is a free, open source tool that enables community transcriptions of document and multimedia files.
TEI: Text Encoding Initiative
A consortium that collectively develops and maintains a standard for the representation of texts in digital form. Its chief deliverable is a set of Guidelines that specify encoding methods for machine-readable texts, chiefly in the humanities, social sciences, and linguistics.

A web-based reading and analysis environment for digital texts.

The Data Visualization Research Lab
The VizLab has the goal of carrying out research into advanced interactive visualization. The lab is has a special interest in techniques that can be applied to ocean mapping and ocean technologies in general.
Tableau at UNH
Data visualization software that lets you easily connect to data and use it to create interactive, sharable dashboards. The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team began offering Tableau visualization services to the UNH community in spring 2016.
GEPHI - The Open Graph Viz Platform
An interactive visualization and exploration platform for all kinds of networks and complex systems, dynamic and hierarchical graphs.
Palladio
