Citation styles

Citing your sources is essential to being successful as a writer.  There are many guides and tools that can help you with this process.  The library search box and most databases have citation tools that will automatically create computer-generated citations.  Be careful using computer-generated citations as they often contain mistakes - so always check and edit them for accuracy.

Check that any sites or books you view for examples are using the edition your instructor wants you to use.
