Linking to E-resources @ UNH: EBSCOhost

Instructions for creating persistent links to e-journal articles, e-book chapters, and other online content.

What is EBSCOhost?

EBSCOHost is a World-Wide Web-based system of periodical databases. It includes indexes to general, academic, and business periodicals, newspapers, and CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), Corporate ResourceNet, EconLit, ERIC, PsycINFO (formerly PsycLit), Sociological Abstracts (formerly Sociofile), and SportDiscus. Some of the materials found in these databases are available in full-text format.

Copying the URL from your browser's window will NOT give you a persistent link to content in Ebsco databases. However, a persistent link is provided in the Tools column.

EBSCO Permalinks

When viewing the abstract of an article in one of the Ebsco databases, click on the Permalink tool availble from the right column. A box will pop up above the article title with the Permalink. Type CTRL+C or right click and choose Copy.
