Current UNH students, faculty, and staff are welcome to reserve rooms in the library for non-commercial, academic and administrative use. Due to high demand for library spaces, registrar-scheduled classes and student groups needing meeting space for non-academic purposes should seek space on campus allocated for the specific use (e.g., student activities in the Memorial Union Building).
For the Reservable Room Use Guidelines and Process, please click Spaces to Study and Work, Ask a Librarian or, visit the Information Desk at your Library Location.
The following instruction/training spaces can be reserved via the University's room reservation system (EMS)
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Exam Proctoring Room Use Policy
Special Event Space Use Policy
The Library's Assistant Dean for Administration is responsible for monitoring and updating this policy as needed. Questions about this policy can be sent to ask@unh.libanswers.com.
